Service Mgr Job Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and guide customers into the restaurant, providing friendly and professional greetings.
2. Assist customers in selecting from the menu, offering detailed explanations of dishes, and answering questions.
3. Take customer orders, ensure accurate recording, and promptly communicate them to the kitchen.
4. Provide high-quality service, ensuring customer needs are met during dining, including ordering, delivery, and beverage refills.
5. Check table setups and hygiene, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area.
6. Actively listen to customer feedback and complaints, adept at problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Adhere to restaurant rules, maintaining a positive professional image and demeanor.
8. Collaborate with other departments in the restaurant, ensuring coordination throughout the dining process.

What we expect from you:

1. Relevant experience as a waiter/waitress in a Western restaurant, familiarity with Western dining procedures and etiquette.
2. Excellent service awareness and customer-oriented thinking, providing a warm and attentive service experience.
3. Outstanding problem-solving skills, remaining calm and finding suitable solutions in urgent situations.
4. Good communication skills, effective communication with team members and customers.
5. Maintain a positive work attitude and team spirit, working efficiently during busy periods.
6. Present a professional and tidy appearance, demonstrating a professional and neat exterior.
7. Good English communication and service skills.
8. Experience in a five-star hotel or well-known catering brand is preferred.
9. Overseas living or working experience is a plus.

Collaboratively designed by Shanghai Sanlian Bookstore Readway’s Interior design studio “Ci Jian Design”and brand incubation consultant “BrandAgent Labs”, it possesses unique cultural tones and humanistic attributes, serving as a multifunctional cultural space for leisure, socializing, working, and meetings.

The core chef team is sourced from Michelin-starred restaurants such as Opera Bombana, Lan Zhai, Nudake, and other independently explorative culinary brands. They bring a distinctive Fine Bistro dining experience to customers.
