Paul Pennay chats with editors from The Beijinger about their picks of the best events going on in town this weekend. We begin by finding out why Lisa Liang thinks it's worth checking out British act Thee Stranded Horse as they perform at various venues around town, agenda intern and local musician Simon Frank
reveals some insider details about the upcoming Hang on the Box anniversary show, remembering to mention that his own band will also be supporting at the gig.

To quench that summer thirst, dining editor Jessica Wang suggests attending an ice wine tasting and agenda managing editor Iain Shaw recommends taking a bit of a look round the Yanjing Brewery.

Martin Connelly continues to find out what's the word on the street with the latest edition of Vox Box, taking inspiration from all the great Greening the Beige events taking place around town, asking Beijingers "what are you doing to save Beijing?"

So, once again, if you're not sure what to do next weekend, plug in your headphones, sit back, and enjoy the entertaining ephemera that is ... the Beijinger Podcast!
