2009 Jul 02 The Great Wall Beach Party 2009

Last year a huge crowd made it out to one of the biggest outdoor parties of the year in Beijing (check out the pictures). This year El-Mar, Mickey Zhang, Patrick Yu and a line up of other local DJs are again providing the opportunity to throw down on the both the beachfront and the Shanhaiguan section of the Great Wall (where the wall meets the sea).

The party starts with a three hour bus ride (or drive yourself) and drinks and food are available at the Wall (you can't bring your own inside). We don’t know how they pull this off, but it promises to be a memorable event.

Tickets are RMB 250 and includes the cost of transportation. Buses leave the city beginning at 2pm. Click here for more details on the DJ lineup, transportation and pre-sale locations.

Check the website for an inspirational video and general questions.

Here they come ...
