Not sure if this is a classic piece of Chinglish signage or a witty piece of wordplay for an establishment offering more than coffee.
In any case, it’s not in Beijing, but this image posted yesterday on a blog written by a laowai living in Liuzhou, Guangxi made us chuckle. You can see the original post here.

Notice the "porn queen" on the sign below the logo. I hope this is the last laugh of some laowai who knew he/she was going to get shafted by an unscrupulous boss.

"I'm sure some graphic designer/architect had a good laugh. I actually spoke to the property management company about the sign and the meanings of both Star f***s and Porn Queen. The response from the big boss, after my literal translation, was "I don't think so....". I asked if he thought I had nothing better to do than to make it up. Blank stares... I shrugged my shoulders and left."
