2010 Mar 22 Food Fight: Speak Out About the Restaurant Awards and Win Beer!!

Last week we said the first user to post a review of any Beijing restaurant in our directory that had not been reviewed would score a copy of One Night in Beijing PLUS a bottle of wine. Congrats to toffba08 who instantly stepped up to the mark and won.
Here’s toffba08’s ringing endorsement of Satay Temptation:
If You Love Meat on Sticks.......especially Satays.....This is THE Place!
We almost wiped out all their chicken satays last week. We were there for afternoon tea and stayed till dinner time… They even offered us free sodas AND beers for all the kebabs we ordered. We also had some of their desserts yam kueh and carrot cupcakes. Those were equally delicious. We were told that they do deliveries and catering too. So, we're now looking for opportunities to host a party at our place. This way it will be chicken satays every weekend! Yay!
5 stars
And toffba08's more cautious endorsement of Votaro:
Good value but a little noisy
Excellent value if you go during the happy hour time. I think it was 6-8pm the last time we were there. Most of the sushi's were half off, so a meal for two was around RMB 80 including beers. Nice interior and lay out. But not an ideal place if you want peace of mind when dining. And definitely not if you're with your special someone. The place was loud when friend and I was there. Mostly university students.
3 stars
Congratulations to toffba08 who wins a copy of One Night in Beijing and a bottle of wine.
Now here's this week’s challenge. The Beijinger’s Restaurant Awards have been the talk of the town this week, with numerous posts on various sites and a flurry of reviews on our site. So if you’re happy or horrified with the results, now’s your chance to speak out. Plus it gives us the chance to unload a whole lotta beer that's been sitting in out office for months!
The first THREE users to post TWO REVIEWS of Beijinger Restaurant Award winners in any category (best restaurant or outstanding) will win themselves a CASE of Carlesberg beer. You have until the end of today - winners announced tomorrow.
Now FIGHT!!
