This thing has exploded! We’re now close to an astounding 600 reviews since we launched our Beijinger.com Reviewer Challenge last Thursday. The clock’s ticking but you still have time to participate and be in the running to win an iPhone.

It’s easy – all you need to do is find a venue in our online directory, click the “Add a Review” link on the right-hand side of each venue listing, and type away. For every five reviews you get yourself one ticket in the iPhone draw. Each participant can have up to four tickets in the draw.

So far around 70 users have penned reviews, and 36 are currently in the running for the iPhone.

Ruimeitong is currently leading the pack with 23 reviews submitted, closely followed by chinaaussie with 21. The user with the most reviews (assuming they don’t win the iPhone) will automatically win themselves a pair of quality Chilean El Toqui wines (Cabernet Sauvingnon and Chardonnay, both 2007). Another pair of wines will go to the most creative review.

A gentle reminder – one sentence reviews will not be counted. And NO PLAGARISM! Congratulations to saintjeo, who earned him/herself a disqualification for simply cutting and pasting a review from the New York Times. Come on saintjeo, if you’re too lazy to write your own review at least rip off an article from the right city.
