Zuckerberg Touches Down in Beijing

Last week we posted a link referencing a TIME story confirming that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg was coming to China. It now seems Zuckerberg is here in Beijing.

Twitter users reported several sightings of him around town this morning, and the photographs above and below were posted on Sinatech this afternoon, showing Zuckerberg and Baidu founder Robin Li, supposedly at a lunch.

According to Shanghaiist, Zuckerberg and his girlfriend Priscilla Chan took a tour of the Baidu complex today accompanied by Li.

Hopefully! Personally I much prefer having my private data harvested by the Chinese authorities.

Hopefully the Chinese government will continue to ban Facebook as its a spyware application that harvests private data and sells it to big business and gives it to the US government.
I am sure MR Zuckerberg is not here on holiday but for business in order to expand his data mining empire
PS If Mr zuckerberg ( hey do a spell check with zuckerberg and see what you get , so funny) had any shred of decency he would have told Time Warner Corporation to award the man of teh year title to the true winner Julian Assange.
