Top Three Places for Easter Brunch

So, the end of Lent. What better time to feast and eat chocolate than that? There's a glut of options around town, but I've paired it down to the top three options as I see them. Made-to-order, charity and overnight stays – there's something for almost everyone, and certainly, indulgence abounds. If you're looking for more, check out our full list of brunches here.

THE STANDALONE
One of the newest brunches in town, Agua's Infinity Brunch is a crazy deal – top-notch food and huge variety, all made-to-order at a great price. This weekend (Saturday and Sunday 2-6pm), they'll be debuting the soft opening of rooftop bar Fez exclusively for brunchers with specials on drinks and bottles plus a live DJ (Sunday only). My advice? Get your Easter on early with a brunch on Saturday ... because there's always Sunday, too.

Infinity Brunch
The entirely new brunch menu will feature classic staples with a Spanish twist from Chef Jordi. Order unlimited dishes from an extensive selection of 20 options. The best bet? Bring a large crew to share at least one of each. RMB 298, add 168 for free-flow cava, mimosas, bloody mary's, sangria and red and/or white wine. Agua

THE HOTEL
How to pick just one hotel? It's a tough choice, but Fairmont Beijing's The Cut is always a winner. Chef de Cuisine Andreas Block is one of the most talented and generous in town. Philanthropy seems to run throughout Fairmont Beijing, and this year all proceeds from both the brunch and the easter egg hunt (3-5pm, RMB 60) will be donated to Little Flower Project.

Charity Easter Brunch
Enter their lucky draw to win some spectacular prizes over the course of this lovely Sunday celebration, which also includes a delicious buffet and a free-flow of various drinks all in the midst of a superb performance by musician Tim Ambler. RMB 488+15% per person, RMB 288+15% kids 5-12, free for under 5. The Cut Steak and Seafood Grill

THE GET OUT OF TOWN
There's really no reason to stay in town when you could do a quick staycation on the outskirts. Easter brunch after a romantic overnight at the Wall will taste that much better – I'm positive.

Easter at The Great Wall package
A special package is on offer for guests who book and stay Saturday April 19. Includes private transfers, a superior Queen Great Wall view, breakfast and Easter brunch the following day. Advanced booking required. RMB 2,488. The Brickyard Inn and Retreat Center
