The First Rule of Bunker Fight Club: Drink A Lot

The second rule seems to be that it costs RMB 150 to attend and there's no door admission. Okay? Don't try and break the rules at an organized fight night. It might not end well. Bunker Party returns.

Potentially one of the most dangerous nights out we've heard of for a while, the popular Bunker Party series hits us again this Saturday (May 10) with a fight club-themed soiree in Sihui.

Tickets are available on a pre-sale basis only. See the poster below for the deets, but you can expect all-you-can-drink (which always dovetails delightfully with testosterone-fueled pugilism), a rave, a boxing ring, and those fat sumo suits. Remarkably, there may still be slots available to get yourself on the bill. Email the address on the poster below if you wish to be considered for a spot of fisticuffs.

The last bunker party in March was a sell-out with a "crowd of 1,000" in attendance, so tickets might go quick for this one.

"Pro-fighting" is set to get underway at 9pm, with the drunken handbags – supervised by Fight Republic, the same guys that trained up a set of suits for some white collar action last year – set to go ahead afterwards.

Nearby Plan B – nominated in no fewer than four categories for this year's Reader Bar & Club Awards (voting closes in three days) – will provide the eats with a pop-up grill at the event, and eight bunker DJs will play underground techno and house (what else?) until the sun comes up.
