Indulge for a Cause: Beijing Foodies Dinner at Jing Yaa Tang on Sunday

Feel like your karma could do with a bit or a rebalance this weekend? Luckily for you, Beijing Foodies are back with another one of their popular charity dinners, allowing you to get your fill of food and philanthropy.

This time the charity recipient is Roots & Shoots, founded by Jane Goodall, and the money will go directly to their many environmental education projects across China. Roots & Shoots fights for some truly excellent causes, including the high profile No Shark Fin Campaign.

The dinner is at Jing Yaa Tang this Sunday, July 29, from 7.30-9.30pm (read our review of Jing Yaa Tang). For just RMB 150 diners can choose from two set menus, featuring braised minced pork rice or Cantonese roast duck rice, plus a soft drink or beer. See the full menus over on Lum Dim Sum.

Visit the event's Yoopay page to pre-pay and secure your place.
