Blixa Bargeld & Teho Teardo to Perform Album 'Still Smiling' at Yugong Yishan

Wow, first Swans and now this. Once resident of Beijing and all around noise/industrial legend, Blixa Bargeld of Einstürzende Neubauten fame will be performing with collaborator Teho Teardo at Yugong Yishan on April 1.

From what we've heard from these guys, you can expect non-linear extraterrestrial tones mixed with subliminal wordplay that is sure to send you into an ecstatic frenzy. The show, organized by Goethe-Institute China have also commissioned the help of a string quartet, to perform Blixa Bargeld & Teho Teardo's 2013 collaborative project Still Smiling.

Tickets will go for RMB 80 at the door, or RMB 50 in advance. A meager price for the beautiful night terrors that are sure to follow.
