A Parisian Affair with Chef James Henry at TRB, May 6-7

As if they needed to justify their position at the top of the Beijing dining scene, Temple Restaurant Beijing are bringing back last year's successful Guest Chef Program for 2015. For their first collaboration, they are welcoming Chef James Henry, proprietor of Parisian restaurant Bones.

Originally hailing from Australia, James Henry opened casual 11th arrondisement bistro Bones in 2013,  after stints cooking at Spring and Au Passage. As his restaurant's name suggests, Henry takes a pared-down, raw approach to food and we look forward to seeing what he cooks up in the kitchens at TRB.

Catch James Henry at TRB at lunch on May 6 (RMB 588 + 15 percent service charge) and dinner on May 7 (RMB 888 + 15 percent service charge).
