I just had a terrible flight with them. And the stewardess was really rude to the guy sitting next to me who just wanted her to take his tray away. Yep, they leave you with that tray in front of you for almost the whole 3 1/2 hour flight. Second time I noticed this.
So while managment is dicking around with names, they make it impossible to book with a third party credit card, have lousy service, and herd you onto the tarmac to take overcrowded unheated buses.
