To Do this Week: Burger Festival, Beijing Broads Comedy, Whose Line Is It Anyway, Central American Rum Tasting

Another Monday, another week to fill up with awesome events. That is where our Events section comes in to save the day, and to keep you from getting bored in our fair city, something we can barely imagine.

May 24: Beijing Broads Are Back
Beijing Broads all-female comedy group are back with another night of sketch comedy and improv at Palms LA (the Liangmaqiao location). We were there last time, and it was incredible. Make sure you get down there and support them. Free, 8pm. Palms LA Kitchen and Bar (Liangmaqiao)

May 24 and 25: Punchline Comedy Club Presents: Whose Line is it Anyway
Hugely popular improvisational show Whose Line Is It Anyway? is back again by popular demand, courtesy of Punchline Comedy Club. There is a show at The Garage on Tuesday, and a show at Nearby the Tree on Wednesday. RMB 290. 8.30pm. The Garage/Nearby the Tree


May 25: Rums of Central America Tasting & Gail's Cuisine
Cuju's ever-popular series of rum tastings continues this month with a tasting of the rums of Central America, and a little side dish of Gail's Caribbean cuisine! Last time they held this event, it was completely sold out so do book in advance. RMB 200. 8pm. Cuju


May 26: Loreli Wants Your Phone Number Love Revival
Loreli are having a party to announce the winners of their Cheesy Love Song songwriting contest. The winners will perform as well as Guiguisuisui and TAG and the party will continue into the night with the cheesy picks of DJs Jonny Hutong and Ariel. Free. 8pm. Temple

May 28: The Beijinger 2016 Burger Festival
And last, but in absolutely no way least, we will be at International Creative Park this Saturday, May 28, for the Beijinger 2016 Burger Festival. There will be burgers and drinks and plenty of entertainment between 11am and 8pm, so come find us!
