Film and Pie: Animation Film Festival at Meridian Space With Rager Pie Between Jul 10 and Sep 4

Every Sunday, between July 10 and September 4, the Meridian Space will, in collaboration with Rager Pie, be screening different remarkable animated films from all over the world.

The films to be screened have been picked carefully, spanning over half a century. They include classics and lesser-known films, by auteurs such as the Brothers Quay, Jan Svankmajer, Bill Plympton, Hayao Miyazaki, and David Lynch.

To make things even better, Meridian Space is partnering up with the people from Rager Pie. Each of these double screenings will feature special surprise pies that are sweet and savory, and created especially for the occasion (we're going to have to trust that Wilson Hailey has nothing terrifying up his sleeve for this one)

Every first screening is more kid-friendly, starting at 4pm, while the second screenings focus on more mature works. There will be an intermission between the first and second screening, but the second screening will generally start at 6.30pm depending on the length of the first film. Films will be screened in their original language with subtitles.
