Grab a Bargain at Mosto's Pop-Up Wine Shop, Sep 18-22

Just when we thought we couldn't love the inexhaustible team behind Mosto Group any more, they hit us with a five-day, wholesale-priced pop-up wine shop. I mean, they just get us, you know?

Running from brunch on Sunday, September 18 to dinner on Thursday, September 22, the pop-up shop features a selection of specially chosen French and Spanish wines from well-known wine supplier China Wines & Spirits. CWS's knowledgable Alexandre Cros will be on hand during the pop-up offering up red and white wine tasting flights, and of course, his extensive fine wine repertoire.

You're free to pick up a bottle to take home or choose to drink it in-house, corkage free. We've been asked not to reveal the prices of the wines, but most bottles will be priced between RMB 200-300, great value for the wines and grapes on offer. Check out the list of wines that will be available via Mosto's WeChat account.

As for recommendations, we'll be picking up a bottle of that Domaine Rimauresq Cru Classé rosé to enjoy with the last of Beijing's superior Autumn weather, as well as a bottle (or two, or three) of Champagne Deutz Brut Classic - a fantastically complex non-vintage champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes, and an absolute steal at wholesale prices.

This is Mosto's second pop-up wine shop of 2016, the first being held in April and featuring Spanish wines from Le Sommelier International. It's safe to say we had a very good time at the last event (less of a good time the next morning), so we hope this event is one that we see return often in the future.
