Migas (With Rooftop), Hatsune, Flo Opening in CBD's New and Shiny China World Mall

Originally, the new China World Mall was meant to open up by the end of the year, but unfortunately, as happens with so many things in Beijing, the opening date has been pushed back.

Now we can unveil that many TBJ award-winning establishments are set to open in the block: Migas (one of our favorite Spanish restaurants, hands down), Hatsune, Brick and Wood, Susu, and the Flo Group will be opening Bistronome, a fancy, family-friendly mix between French bistro and gastronomie, as well as Shangri-La run Hotel Jen (and a brewpub within that), which we announced earlier in the year.

Harriet Bates, in charge of PR and marketing at Migas told us, "The new location in CBD will be in keeping with what makes up the mediterranean soul of Migas: art, design, gastronomy, mixology, music, and a love for living well. In terms of the physical space, like our location in Sanlitun, it will feature a restaurant, lounge, and yes, a rooftop with some pretty incredible views. In fact out of all the tenants, Migas has the largest private outdoor space in the new China World Mall."

Basically, it sounds like Sanlitun is expanding south. All we would need to round this collection of F&B establishments off is an Italian restaurant, perhaps Bottega, and a solid Mexican option (Korean-Mexican will also do, Palms LA Kitchen and Bar).
