Thursday, April 6

The Rainbow Night
This Thursday, experience an eclectic mix of hair and music at Catherine de France – what could be better. With DJ Bobby spinning the reggae and disco hits, you can cut the rug or take a look at the braid creations, hair tattoos, and beard designs on offer. The party will then move to The Bricks in Sanlitun after 10pm for jazz and more drinks. RMB 100. 6-10pm. Catherine de France

Raw Meat
Raw Meat hits Dada every Thursday, showcasing some of Beijing's youngest and freshest talent. Head along and who knows, maybe you'll discover Beijing's next best DJ (or at least just have a good ol' fashioned dance). Free entry. 9pm-late. Dada

Base Line One Year Party
Celebrating their first year in Beijing, Base Line throws a party featuring their best DJs, MCs and rappers, coupled with what promise to be some crazy visuals. While the complete line-up is still a secret, Zhao Shanhe and CCHH are definitely billed to make an appearance. Price TBC. 8pm-late. Modernsky Lab

Adidas Orignals x S.T.D. Present: Aspire to Inspire with Nosaj Thing
Nosaj Thing headlines this adidas Originals and S.T.D. party for one night only in Beijing. Having produced music for stars like Kendrick Lamar, Kid Cudi, and Chance the Rapper, Nosaj has been through town a few times now and is not to be missed. Support from Holodec and Dokedo. RMB 100. Major Lazer
Major Lazer have worked with Elton John, Justin Bieber, Lorde, Usher, and more ... Dim Sum Disco x Club Paradise Present Kiwi
Alex Warren, aka Kiwi, comes to Beijing thanks to the collaboration of two of Beijing's funkiest crews. At home in the UK, or abroad, Kiwi has made waves in the house music scene thanks to recent releases on labels like Futureboogie, Kitsune, and Optimo Music. Dungeon Beijing Party
