&lt;p&gt;Hong Kong native Ernest Ip&amp;rsquo;s latest addition to his restaurant archipelago is well-tailored to the swish confines of &lt;strong&gt;Ch&amp;rsquo;ien Men 23 (n&amp;eacute;e Legation Quarter)&lt;/strong&gt;.
