RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with recruiting the right people for the right roles in the company
- Manage the onboarding of new staff
- Manage the paperwork for staff including visas, work permits, social insurance, etc.
- Ensure that all company equipment are in good working condition
- Manage the cleaning staff to ensure that the workplace remain clean and orderly
- Supervise a team of couriers to ensure that all magazines are distributed on a timely basis
- Manage the subscription of print magazine
- Represent the HR & Admin Department in meetings in the absence of the department head

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (major in pyschology, business administration, etc preferred)
- Fluent/Native Chinese communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) and comfortable working in English (or vice versa)
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply (applicants with relevant working experience will be considered for a more senior role)
- Good sense of confidentiality

- Great multi-tasking skills
