The Beijinger is now looking to fill the position of Marketing Assistant. Get to be part of the team that plans, organizes and executes the coolest events in the city.

- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure that all branded gifts are high quality and within budget.
- Manage the newsletter production and giveaways for all TRM products, which includes working with Sales to obtain reader prizes.
- Sponsorship follow-up for all brands. After Brand Manager or Marketing Director finalizes the agreement/contract with client, Marketing Assistant will contact the client to get the ad and event information on time and book the in-house ad. Before the magazine goes to print, double check with Production, Sales and Brand Manager.
- Assist the Marketing Director and Brand Managers with events planning and execution, including the production of in-house ads and branded gifts (ie, the Brand Manager designs them, the Marketing Assistant sees them through production).
- Maintain equipment, materials and collateral for events.
- Order food for events in a timely manner, based on the size of the event.
- Coordinate event attendance and volunteers
- Assist Brand Managers in the implementation of social media campaigns.
- Conduct a quarterly inventory report of event marketing and merchandise materials, and suggest improvements for future event gifts and other marketing merchandise.
- Provides assistance to Brand Managers on a project-by-project basis. This might include social media, events planning and execution, and contacting vendors, sponsors and subscribers for marketing-related purposes.

- Bachelor's degree (major in marketing preferred)
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Native/Fluent Chinese + comfortable working in English (or vice versa)
