Very small studio workspace wanted in Gulou/Dongcheng

Looking for a small studio space to record, mix and produce music in Gulou / Dongcheng area (not to live in). It will not be loud bands, or exessive noise, but there may be a tiny amount of music coming through the door occasionally - nothing extreme, just home speakers. All I need is 5 or 6 square meters. No need for windows, no furniture or equipment needed. Air con would be nice, but not essential, I can sort that if necessary. Must be in a secure building.

Beautiful Djembe plus Carrying Case

13" hand carved DJembe for sale. Bought it for 2600RMB on Gulou about 6 months ago, sound is really, really good. Played it a few times at home and with my band, but don't have use for it now.

Brand is Toning, a local manufacturer. I have the Toning Drum Pro Elite African Djembe... looks very similar to the one in this link below, 13" Leopard style.

UPDATED-- We've sold quite a bit of stuff already, but still have some choice items. Everything must go. Make an offer.

My wife and I are leaving our courtyard home in Beijing and are looking to sell some of our stuff, including:

- convertible Ikea Norden table w/ drawers-- very effective space saver! 700 RMB (pictured below)

- Ikea couch: 800 RMB (pictured below, two-seater, some cat scratches on the arm)

- dishes, cutlery, throw pillows, pots / pans, etc.

Most of this was bought this past August (we still have the receipt), and everything has only been gently used. We are prepared to sell everything at reasonable prices.
