Billiards Club for sale next to ShaHe branch of the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics（北京航空航天大学沙河校区）and 10 minutes walk from the subway of ShaHe of the line of ChangPing （地铁昌平线沙河站）. Taking bus 66, it is only 2 minutes to get to the Billiards place from Shahe subway. Current rent is quite a good deal, as I explained, the hall is rented wholely, and seperated into two parts, the other part has been on lease and covered the whole rent of the Billiards place.
