do you like listening to music that makes you want to move to it no matter where you are or what you are doing? do you like dancing? or having just plain fun?

i do! which is why i would like to start up a group. i like going to crowded places and just having fun. not to mention it is very entertaining for the crowds. ive done spontaneous dancing things in different places, like the International Exhibition Center, and places like XiDan, and WangFuJing.Even had people join in！we can do any type of music, and language. some of the ones that i do range from Old American party music such as the Cha Cha Slide, and the Macarena, to popular Korean songs like Lucifer and Ring Ding Dong, both by Shinee. and any suggestions for music would be cool too!

the more people the better! we can also arrange times to where we can all get together and sort out what songs and stuff we want to do. any person is welcome! young， old, Chinese, foreign， girl, guy....you name it. although i guess we would need you to atleast speak a little English that way it is easier to communicate. ;)

Looking for self-defense practice partners

I am looking for some people to practice self-defense drills with on a weekly basis.

I am not looking for people into hardcore, full contact sparring. This isn't about sparring, or even fighting, but more about restraint techniques, locks, holds, confidence and ability building for real-life situations. So there will be contact involved, so you need to be comfortable with that, but it won't be competitive in any way, nor aggressive.

Male or female, any age, foreigners or expats. I'm happy to train with anyone.

I have a martial arts background, but these aren't classes either. I'm looking for people with at least some degree of martial training, who want to find ways to practically apply what they have learnt, and to share it with others. So doing things like technique drilling, pad work, one-on-one attack/defense routines, group attack defenses, body (arm/hands/legs) conditioning work, and anything else you might want to try.
