Looking for a part time Ayi

I am looking for a part time Ayi with the below conditions:
1. Work from 16:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday (and may be sometimes during weekend).
2. Must be experienced and good at cooking as this will be the main task (Chinese, Western or Japanese).
3. Must be clean, honest and punctual on time.
4. Speaks and understand some basic English is preferred.
5. Must have experience in taking care of kids around 3 to 4 years old.
