Dear friends,
A big competition took place in Aegean last July between many young painters.
The rules were very simple：
1. Each competent had 10 hours to paint in canvas 80x60cm the same landscape for all, from a photo.
2. Everybody had the right to choose the convenient for her/him day and time to start, also the place in the workshop.
3. To ensure the irreproachable of the competition, the painters haven’t the right to assign their art works or to put any sigh on them. They will do it after the finish of the procedure.
4. Each art work stored in safety place.
5. After finish, each art work marked with random code marking, useful for the next procedure.

The winner selection has two (2) steps:
The first:
Our committee was going to choose the 25 best paintings, but because 3 of them took the same graduation, finally choose 27 paintings.

The second:
The public will choose the final winner.
For this reason the paintings will exhibit in 4 cities around the world.
Beijing, New York, London, and Paris.
First exhibit city is the Beijing, as the OLYMPIC city.

Hello
thanks for reading my ad, I am a Chinese girl who would like to learn how to make dessert that is a kind of art in my eyes.

i want to be a baker. I am going to try interning at a bakery or a restaurant to see what the job is like and I think many places will take on unpaid interns as they are sometimes called. In some places I may be directed to stand in an out-of-the-way spot and watch the kitchen during busy hours; other places will let me work alongside the staff on various tasks. This is by far the best way of finding out whether I will enjoy the job or not, and I also think that more people don't do this before going to culinary or pastry school. I will find out, for instance, that you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen plating elaborate desserts, or in a bakery making bread in the wee hours of the morning, or at a caterer's assembling platters of delicacies. I will learn a lot of practical knowledge from being around experienced chefs I won't get in class.

If I have this chance to be a apprentice then I feel good and I will go to school with a much greater appreciation for what I will learn and what I will want to learn.
