I'm here with my family for a short time to do investment research, and looking for a nice furnished Beijing apartment to rent for four months - from April through July. Room for rent!

The whole apartment is 130 square metres, the room for rent is quite big and has a small balcony, cupboard, double bed (new, the mattress is still in wrapping!) and small bedside table. The bedroom like the whole apartment is very sunny. The bathroom is quite big and has a bathtub, and the whole apartment should have most things you need... like a dining area, and an electric oven, large couch, book shelf etc. There is an aiyi who comes once a week, and wireless internet. I can also install cable tv if you are willing to split the installation fee!

Many foreigners live in this complex, and it is very well located. It's a 10 - 15 minute walk to the station and there are gyms and supermarkets within 5 minute walking distance.

Ideally I'd like to rent the room for 4000, but it's now going for $2 999.999....... per month.

Hello

I have a duplex apartment in Dongsishitiao, 5 min walk to Dongzhimen, Dongsishitiao and Zhangzizhong Lu Subway stations. I'm located just inside the east second ring road.

I have 2 rooms available to rent immediately, a very large upstairs room with a semi-private bathroom (pics available) for 3200rmb/month, and a smaller bedroom with shared bathroom downstairs for 2400rmb/month. There are three bedrooms in the house in total, one of which is my room.

The upstairs room is almost like a studio apartment, large enough to be bedroom/living room, as it has sofas, bookshelves, coffee table, large bed, wardrobe etc and plenty of space. Very good sunlight, with south facing windows.

Downstairs room isnt huge, but very warm for winter, cool in warm weather, includes double bed, wardrobe, bookshelves etc.

Short term rental not usually a problem. Apt located on 5th floor walk-up in a quiet building, steps away from supermarket, restaurants, post office etc. Wireless internet connection very solid and reliable.
