Hello to everyone.

Recently i rented an excellent apartament close to Chaoyang park, but (unfortunately) now my work requires me to move to shanghai.
So i want to find someone who is willing to rent it.

Apartament is located on the 24-th floor at the building in the Concordia Plaza community, which is close to Subway line 10 liangmaqiao station /The area is very nice and many foreigners live here.
Apartament is very clean and cozy, there is one big living room, three bedrooms, western style kitchen with standard oven and dryer machine etc.
You can enjoy the excellent view from the windows.
During winter it is very warm, and in summer time it is not hot at all.
It is also not far from the Lucky Street and many supermarkets in the area.
Very quiet neighbours.
Of course, you can enjoy internet, hot water, nice elevators and 24-hour security.

My contract will last till Jan 2013, and it is possible to exceed it.
I can guarantee, that now you will not find here such apartament for the such price.
Rent is just 11000 rmb/month.
If you will be interested, you need to pay for 3 monthes at first, cause i paid 2 months deposite each month pay by each month..
