We would like to rent out one of the 3 bedrooms of our apartment in Di Zhi Da Xue (University campus opposite BLCU on Cheng Fu Lu). We are in a convenient location, 5 minute walk from BLCU and less than 10 minutes from the Wu Dao Kou subway station. The rent for the room is 2400 RMB per month plus utilities (usually around 100-150RMB per month.

The room for rent includes a single bed, bed side table, wardrobe, desk and air conditioner. You will have access to a bathroom shared with another room mate. The bathroom has two sinks and a bath tub. The living room is spacious with a large flat screen TV.
