My aunt has a comfortable apartment for rent, it is located in Fengheyuan, Taiyanggong Road, Chaoyang District. Near subway station Taiyanggong, line 10. The transportation there is quiet convinent.

And for the room, it is a one bedroom and one sitting room (totally 63 squre meters in area, 1st floor, but the sunshine is quiet good), you could live alone or with your friends. It equieteq with satalite TV, air conditions, washing machine,refrigerator and so on.

The supermarket and shopping mall is very close to the apartment, you could buy anything you want by crossing a road. Besides, there is aslo a daily food market nearby.
