I am going back home after a great year in Beijing. Unfortunately this implies that I also have to leave our great apartment in Haiyuncang to someone else. If you like living in an international shared apartment with two adorable and young professional girls, then this room will be perfect for you.

We are living here since a month and are the first people to live here after it got totally renovated. Before we lived together somewhere else but then we found this place! Our 160 square meter apartment is a duplex on the top floor. Downstairs is the shared space with a living room (TV + fridge), fully equipped kitchen (over + micro wave + washing machine) and the two rooms of the girls.

My super-sized room is on the second floor with a private bathroom (rain shower, toilet and sink), airconditioning, the best King Sized bed in Beijing (western standard), lots of storage space in two big wardrobes. There is a veranda space of 30+ square meter where you can dry clothes, have friends coming over for drinks/diner or just relax in the sun (south-oriented).

This is the bigger bedroom out of two on the first floor of a three-bedroom apartment, with a cute stairway leading up to the second floor where the 3rd br is. Both roommates are westerners, lovely personality. The apartment is well furnished with all appliances ready, located exactly 5 mins walk distance from both Dongsishitiao and Dongzhimen subway, the former being two stations away from the Sanlitun area.

The br is abt 16 sqr mtrs big, very spacious for one individual and comes with a small balcony. All previous tenants have been westerners. I'm leaving Beijing urgently and am looking for someone to take it from here. Ideally you could take it for the 2nd half of the month, or starting June as my contract ends with June.
