Hey all!

So, I'll be embarking on a bike tour and my room will be for rent beginning June 1! I want to find my roommates an awesome replacement though, so hopefully one of you is fit for the job. The roommates are two Xinjiangers (a boy and girl from Beida who majored in English (i.e. their English is practically better than mine)) and an excellent lao beijinger girl. All pay their bills scrupulously, are excellent roommates, and are probably going to be willing to help you with your Chinese if that's a thing ;)

About the apartment:
- Two floors
- Western style bathroom with separate shower (no shower water on the floor nonsense)
- Nice, clean kitchen
- Sweet balcony for summer cookouts etc
- Sun room for drying laundry
- Twin bed, but very comfortable
- Crazy storage space
- TV, internet, utilities already arranged by current roommates
