I am a foreing female student currently living in an apartment in BLCU-wudaokou. It s on 20th floor and my rent is 2200 yuan per month, master room with a balcony. I am sharing the apartment with 2 other girls (landland only allows girls, sorry guys).

In total it has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom. You just need to pay electricity and internet, other fees are paid by university. Internet is really fast. 24 hour hot water. all the rooms are sunny. The apartment has a huge underground bicycle garage.

I am returning to my country on 5th of June, so you can move on 5th.

Our apartment has a sunny living room with a sofa and a few chairs, and overall the apartment is of a much higher standard than the rest in the Huaqingjiayuan compound. Your roommates would be a really cool 22-year-old French boy and a funny 24-year-old German guy, both working in the area. Very international, multilingual atmosphere at our place. We like going out together, but we don't bring the party home. My roommates are really great and friendly people, so ideally you'd be in your mid-twenties, mature, fun, and responsible.
