I'm looking for someone to sublet my comfortable bedroom for short stays.
The house is located in Gulou, 5 minutes walk from the subway station and the Bell Tower.

The house is an old siheyuan that has been just renovated, with a very nice courtyard and a big Jujube tree in the middle. The neighbourhood is great, with a lot of restaurants and shops; if you want to experience the traditional Beijing life you won't find a better location. The house has in total 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 spacious living rooms and a very well equipped kitchen. A cleaning lady comes once a week. You will share the house with two Italian guys and one Chinese girl who are working here in Beijing. If you are travelling around China, we will be very happy to give you tips and advices about the city.

Room to rent on short lease. I'm going to train in a kungfu school for a couple of months so have a room in a hutong two minutes from Huo Hai Park.

The room is bright and big. 2 Shared bathrooms and Kitchen with a substantial outside seating area. Perfect to eat breakfast, have a beer read a book, sunbath and or work on the internet.

3000 for the month with a 1000rmb deposit. Includes bills, internet and cleaning once a week.
