Hi there,

I am a Chinese born in Malaysia. 27 years old. I speak English and Mandarin:)

I will be in Beijing for 1 month (the whole of July) for an attachment. Looking for a fully furnished room (best if it is with air-conditioning- but it's ok if there's none) near NCI Tower, 12A Jianguomenwai Avenue,Chaoyang District, Beijing 100022.

Please let me know if you have a room to rent and kindly specify:-

- location,name of apartment/neighbourhood
- rental (in RMB)
- with air-cond?
- bathroom attached?
