I am looking for a new roommate to my apartment, Right now we are living to guys from Scandinavia, and looking for the last roommate to complete the trio :). The apartment is available now.

The apartment:
25th floor (beautiful view). Nice and big european style apartment so you want real crowded ;). Three bedrooms with three big double size beds. Two nice big bathrooms with shower cabins. A huge living room. A big kitchen with a with fridge/freezer. Washing machine. Big flatscreen tv and ps3. Air condition in all rooms. There is wireless internet in the apartment.
There is rich opportunities to take some friends home, or maybe watch a movie together etc.

The building is new and all of the interior is new as well. The area is called Pinggod.There are many nice small shops around you, together with viva beijing(large shopping mall) 8 minutes walk away. There is only 10 minutes walk from guomao subway station, and 8 minutes from Shuangjing subway station.
Other known areas close are: Hopson International Garden and Fuli City.

The room:
The room has a big closet, a queen size bed (not a hard chinese mattress), air-condition. And a nice view over the garden.

Hello everyone.

I am going to rent an excellent apartament in Shuangjing, Kowloon Garden community. The area is very nice as it's just 5 minutes walk both to the subway and supermarket. Apartament is very clean and cozy with one living room, three bedroom, a nice kitchen and a pretty big bathroom.(149 sq. m) All big rooms!

As I know the landlord through a friend so the rent is very reasonable and much lower than others in the same area. But ideally I just look for one roommate but it's still at a reasonable rent rate if share between two of us. But obviously we can find the third roommate together if you would like to further lower the rent.

Very quiet neighbours.
Internet, hot water are all covered.

Rent is just 3750 rmb/month between two of us. One of the bedrooms can be converted into a study room. If you will be interested, you need to pay for 4 monthes which included one-month deposit.

we are looking for room mate in our 3 bedroom apartment in Shuang jing , in a community called Talent Dynesty (天之骄子)。
it takes you 3 min walking to subway line 10 , Shuang jing station , Exist b . around this area , you can get convience shop , laundry shop , fruits shop , restaurants , cafe , bar , bus stop , and shopping mall within 10 min walking distance .
there is a a gym and swimming pool inside the community , 24 hour security guards , 24 hour hot water and 24 hour elevator .
the whole apartment is 150 square meters , 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom , 5 M speed wirelss internet works well in the whole apartment .
