Hi,
We are an American girl and guy looking for a third roommate for our 3 bdrm Fuli Cheng apartment, a compound located 10mins walk south of Jianwai Soho and the CBD area and a couple minutes away from the Shuangjing line 10 subway stop.

The room is furnished with a twin-sized bed, bookcase, chair and closet and has a small window nook ideal for kicking back and reading. You will also have your own bathroom, though it is not ensuite (it is literally just outside the door).

The room goes for 3,000rmb/month and is available for immediate occupancy.

The apartment is large at 215sqm and has all the amenities you would expect – satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, air purifier in the living room, western bathrooms, nice furniture, a storage room, etc.

You would be sharing the apartment with us (two young American expat professionals who have been living and working in Beijing for sometime) and my very lihai 6-year old cocker spaniel named Jezebel.
