Hi friends!

our main bedroom with the private balcony its available now ,you will share the apartment with 2 friendly girls, they are french and Italian! for the main bedroom is quiet big, about 25 sqm, it has a huge wardrobe and 2 desks/1 chair/double sized bed/wifi high 10mbs speed internet/facing to the south on the 5th floor.
for the livingroom is about 30 sqm, wooden floor, TV/ Ikea dining table and chairs, its a good place to share the apartment together.

short term and long term all are welcome!you need give me 30 days notice before you moving out!
it can stay for a couple, the price is 2500rmb/month, can pay the rent month by month plus one month's rent for the deposit money,then no other fees!

we have 2 great supper markets around the community, KFC/many kinds of Restaurants are here!

We have one bedroom available for rent in a large 3-bedroom flat located between Guomao and Shuanjing subway stations. The complex is called CBD Headquarter Apartments II. The flat is on the 19th floor and features a large living room with flat screen TV, sound system, WiFi Internet, Nintendo Wii, washing machine, Western-style bathrooms, and magnificent views of Beijing's central business district. Nearby are lots of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, laundry services, shops, etc.

The room is available starting 31st May. The price is 2900 RMB per month, plus two month's refundable deposit. Utilities cost approximately 100-200 RMB per month. We also have an Ayi (maid) who comes twice per week.
