I am subletting my room in Dongzhimen for the summer from June 11-end of August. It's a big master bedroom (approximately 20m2) with its own covered balcony for drying clothes. There is a queen sized bed.

The rent is a sweet deal at 2600 RMB per month including utilities. Prorated if you stay for less time. We prefer someone who can take the room for the entire period of Jun 11 to Aug 31. If you need to move in earlier, it can be arranged.

You will be sharing the apartment with two other girls - a Chinese American girl named Cecilia and a Chinese girl named Sam. Sam's girlfriend occasionally stays over, so you should be LGBT friendly. There is also a little kitten.

We are looking for a new roommate for a large, modern flat in between Dongzhimen and Lama Temple, starting from the beginning of June.
The flat is a great location, 5 minute walk to Lama Temple subway, and a 10 minute walk to Dongzhimen. A bus leaves from outside the flat straight to Sanlitun, or a taxi takes about 5 minutes. There are also lots of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well as supermarkets.

I am seeking for a new roommate for the middle bedroom in my 3 bedroom apartment as my Italian roommate is moving to California in on June 10. I am not an agent, and I am currently living in one of the rooms. We hope to find someone that is responsible, easy going, friendly, clean and tidy, as we do like our apartment to be comfortable to live in. We currently have an ah yi that comes once/twice every week, depending on her schedule.

The apartment is located on the 9th level, on Dongzhimen Nei, 7 mins walk to subway station Dongzhimen, and has direct buses to Sanlitun, GuLouDaJie, Nanluoguxiang etc.

The room is large, approximately 20-25sqm, has a large double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and attached balcony overlooking the main street.

Pictures of the room can be provided upon request, and room can also be viewed but do give me advance notice so that I can check with my roommate.

Rent would depend on how long you are renting it for, we can discuss this if you really like the room. The lease for the apartment expires on 18th August, but I am intending to renew the lease for another year. Rent for this room is 2900rmb.
