Hi, I'm looking for somebody to rent a hutong house within the Gulou - Chaoyangmen - Zhangzizhonglu area, my budget is about 2500-3500. Only particular requirements housewise are that it has an individual courtyard (just big enough to put a BBQ in!), and a Western toilet INSIDE the house.
About me: British guy, 22, works in marketing. This is my third year in China and I speak relatively decent Chinese. I like socialising, drinking, live music, food, movies and reading.
