1)Location: at LaiGuangYing in lishuiqiao area,It’s FIVE min walk to subway station (with subway line 5 and line 13). Walking distance to Carrefour, malls, fitness center, McDonald’s, Starbucks, PizzaHut, international movie theater, major banksand parks. modern equipped,full furnished,and in high level of building.
2)Apartment: The apartment is good furnished , very clean. The current bed is ok for two person.
3)Rent: At least rent for 3 days, If you want to rent for one year or more than one year, 1500Yuan/month, six months to eleven months is 1600 Yuan/month, five months is 1700 Yuan/month, four months is 1800 Yuan/month, three months is 1900 Yuan/month, two months is 2000 Yuan/month. one month it is 2200 Yuan/month. If just rent less than one month,the rent is 120rmb per day. you can pay me week to week , 1000 rmb as deposit. You can move out anytime. There is no any agent fee. units is fee.
