I will move out in the mid-June and now I'm seeking a roommate to continue to rent the room.

About the bedroom:
It's about 16 square meters, have double bed, very nice wooden desk and closets. Rent: 3500/month

About the apartment:
It is in very good location, 5 mins from Beijing Workers' Stadium, 2 mins walking distance from April Gourmet supermarket. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, brand new huge kitchen, on 14th floor and has super view on Sanlitun Soho and far until Guomao.

-Chinese girl, 27 years old, working as sales for a foreign wine import company, speak both good English and German, very clean and active
-French girl, 36 years old, working as French teacher, speak good English, very clean and easy going

we are renting a room in our Sanlitun flat. it has all the amenities included, T.V., refrigerator, wifi, king sized super comfprtable bed, desk etc., nice room and a nice apartment in fact it is newly rennovated. The area has many shops, restaurants, bars, etc and is located 1/2 block from workers stadium and 5 minutes from sanlitun village. we would prefer a long term renter if possible. rent is 3500 per month plus 500 rmb utilities (wifi, electric, hot and cold water, gas, heating, air conditioning, etc. for a little extra cash we have a live in Aiyi who's services are available as well.
you: single easy going and not cazy
us: married couple with a 4.5 year old son, easy going, we own our own businesses and are generally home late and gone on weekends.
