CBD community are just one stop to Guomao bridge, but it is almost half the price of those in Guomao area, which is 15mins away by walk and at most 5mins by bike from shuangjing area. There are Fuli square, Shuangjing subway station,Carrefour, and also several high-quality communities around.

And the key point is it is just 2mins walk to shuangjing subway station. The community dates back to 2006 though, it is clean and pretty new because the majority of the apts here are small one, like studio and 1br. Young people are the residents here. There are not big families who cook 3times every day or many kids coming and going every morning and night.

As more and more foreign friends start moving into this area, it is becoming a small bar street gradually. There are two bars just opposite the street in front of the community. In addition, there is the 22art area which host painting, sculpture, china and many other kinds of art exhibitions. So if you want to have a good apt at a lower price but have a convient modern life in the downtown area, shuangjing is absolutely your best choice.

25th floor (beautiful view). Nice and big european style apartment so you want real crowded ;). Three bedrooms with three big double size beds. Two nice big bathrooms with shower cabins. Hello everyone.

I am going to rent an excellent apartament in Shuangjing, Kowloon Garden community. The area is very nice as it's just 5 minutes walk both to the subway and supermarket. Apartament is very clean and cozy with one living room, three bedroom, a nice kitchen and a pretty big bathroom.(149 sq. m) All big rooms!

As I know the landlord through a friend so the rent is very reasonable and much lower than others in the same area. But ideally I just look for one roommate but it's still at a reasonable rent rate if share between two of us. But obviously we can find the third roommate together if you would like to further lower the rent.

Very quiet neighbours.
Internet, hot water are all covered.

Rent is just 3750 rmb/month between two of us. One of the bedrooms can be converted into a study room. If you will be interested, you need to pay for 4 monthes which included one-month deposit.
