Hi Iam Tina,
Actually I am from Germany and I am in Beijing since last August. I am living in Wangjing in a big apartment (4th floor) with other flatmates. All in all it's 4 bedrooms, a huge living room with a balcony and a kitchen (We have 3 bathrooms to share). Aaaand...one of us will be leaving by the beginning of July!

The room is really nice and has all the furniture inside already (bed, big cupboards, desk,...).
It's only a 10min walk to the next subway (Wangjing West, line 13 and 15) and many closed big busstops (so the connection to get here is perfect)!
In the apartment we already have everything, like a washing mashine, a fridge, cutlery, pots, clothes drying rack, etc.
Per room it is 2500Yuan per month (+121 for energy).

Hey everyone, a room will be available in Shaoyaoju Beili as I am leaving back home to the U.S. in June. The room will be available end of May/June 1st. Here are some details:

-Rent is 2,250 RMB/month (3 mos. rent + deposit are due at time of moving in)

-Wifi is available in the apartment

-All necessary appliances are available in the apartment

-Apartment & room are fully furnished

-A/C is available in the apartment & room

-Apartment complex is near UIBE, line 10/13 subways, and bus stops
