Hello everyone,
As i am going back to my home country for the months of July and August, I am subletting my flat for this period,
Its a big studio, with an american kitchen, and a bathroom, both of them modern and clean.
I was the first one to occupy the appartement so its in a perfect condition.
I completed furnishing it(cutlery, pans, plates, DVD, HDMI cable to link your laptop to the TV,wifi router...)
It is in the newest residence of Wudaokou.
It is 5 minutes walk from Wudaokou subway station and the bus stop.
Just around the corner of the bars and restaurants streets, theres a 7 eleven just around the block.

I will be out of Beijing for the summer, so I am looking for someone to take over my lease from June to August 20th. It is a big studio apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom, air conditioner, internet, washing machine and an incredible view. The rent is 3400 but if you're serious, I am willing to negotiate the price.
