Hi, I'm looking for an apartment, and a roommate, from May 31 through the end of July. I'll be working near liufang subway, so a place nearby would be ideal. Xibahe, dongzhimen, hepingli etc. are fine. If anyone has a room to let out or is looking for a place for the same time period, feel free to get in touch.
I'm American / British, 28. male, fairly outgoing, non-smoker. I speak English and Chinese.
Looking for someone who speaks English or Chinese well enough to communicate and is not creepy, a sexpat, or a smoker.

I'm looking for a new room mate to fill the guest bedroom. The flat has western style amenities and is on the 22nd floor in MOMA WanGuoCheng.10 minute walk away from Dongzhimen Subway station. 12 RMB cab to Sanlitun. 2 Bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room, and balcony.

The Guest Bedroom will be available for rent after the 1st of June for 3800RMB/M plus utilities that arrive to around 150RMB/M. The rent is in 3 month installments and there is a 1 month deposit.

I'm looking to share the flat with a non-smoking professional with a sense of humor and who can stay for 6 months or more. It's a plus if you've lived in beijing for a while.

About me: 26 year old american architect living in beijing for about 2 years. I work long hours but like to relax with friends on the weekend.

Two Bedroom Apartment for rent starting mid-June

We are leaving China beginning of June, but our lease goes until July 30. We are looking for someone willing to cover our July rent and if interested, you can talk with landlord about signing up for another year. Rent is 3800/month. Older apartment at the corner of Donzhimenwai and Chunxiu Lu, close to subway but also an easy walk to Sanlitun.
