It's near to BaGouCun（巴沟村） station of Subway Line10, 15mins by feet. and 5mins away from Line4 RenMin Univ. station by bus. There are convenient traffic with 20up bus lines, the stop is 远大路东口， or 蓝靛厂中路 or 南坞。

There is a big shopping mall named Golden Source - 金源购物中心，stores, restaurant, cinema, supermarket inside.

My flat was equiped with new furniture and modern home appliance, 24hrs hot water, hi-speed WIFI or internet cable connect, satalite TV channel...

It's available to rent from Feb.24 2012 to Jan.24,2013; but we can talk 5months or 10months.

Its a nice 2 bedroom flat approximately 90 sqm. It is fully equipped with television, heating, washing machine and western style bathroom. The complex located at wu dao kou ,close BLCU ,Tising hua and peking university .
The area is great because it is quiet and peaceful in the evening. If you want something more exciting this is not the location for you. In the spring and the summer it is exceptional because of all the trees in the neighborhood.

Hi.

My roomate is permanently moving out of town, early next month, and his smaller room (which is warmer and has its own private washroom) is available for 2800 rmb each month (plus bills). I'm looking for someone who is between 22-35 years old, a non-smoker, has something to do with their time (work/study) and is considerate and tidy.

The apartment complex (15 buildings) is a 5 min walk from Wangjing Xi subway station on line 13, which is very convenient and only takes 12 minutes from this stop to Dongzhimen (also has the least passenger traffic of all the subway lines). You can't find anything more convenient in Wangjing or Lido. After having looked a lot, I'd say it's also the best for the price on the North side of San Li Tun. (30 rmb taxi to San Li Tun or 2 rmb subway to Dongzhimen)

The complex has a free sauna (not so nice) within a large swimming pool (with hot tub), a small (but good) gym, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, one squash court, ping pong, billiards and more ....... all of which are free in our facilities areas. There's also a nice forest style courtyard, which is quite large.
