My apartment located in Lido Area. The name about the compound is landscape.
It is a new apartment, absolutely neat, gracious,not furniushed,so the landlord can supply the furniture as you need.

this area is beside the forth ring road, to CBD only need 15 minutes by taxi.,and also get close to the airport. Transport is very convinient.
And in this area there are Chaoyang Park, Side Park(四得公园)and Lido Garden. So in my opinion this area is a good area for living.
And also there are many good foreigners living here, if you live here you will meet more alien friends.

The apartment is over 95sqms with a large dinning room. Also the apartment has a very big living place. The price is about 5500rmb/month and can be bargained..
