Hi there!

My roommate leaves Beijing this week. So his room is available from May 29 to June 23 (when the lease contract expires ; after which the apartment should be available for a new short or long term lease).

Located near Sanlitun area (International Wonderland compound), the apartment is 135 sqm with 2 bedrooms (each with a king size bed), 2 bathrooms, 1 big dressing room, 1 livingroom and 1 kitchen. The arrangement is what could be called a Chinese interpretation of the western style. On the 21th floor, the apartment is very bright (facing east) with a view without vis à vis, and peaceful.

It is also fully equipped (AC, TV, high speed Internet, washing machine, gas cooktop, microwave oven …)

Subway stations are 10 minutes walk away from the apartment: Tuanjiu (line 10) and Dongzhimen (line 2). And the place is really convenient and secure for parking your bicycle/scooter.

Really convenient for those who is looking for a temporary place before finding a more permanent residence or are between two lease contracts. All you have to do is bringing your luggage.
