I am a teacher and my housing allowance pays for this apartment, i am going to move to the hutongs for a few months before going back to the u.k in the summer.
My contract for apartment ends beginning of October, when i get my deposit back.
Therefore i need to sublet my apartment from June 10th until October 1st. At that point if you want to extend contract with landlord I’m sure that would be no problem.
The apartment is brand new, it has brand new appliances, and maintenance guys on the complex ready to fix anything if needed. The flat has fridge, cooker, pots,pans, dining table and chairs, sofa bed in the lounge, big windows with view of gardens below.
2 bedrooms, wardrobes, desk, loads of space, great shower. Massive t.v and cable box. Internet all paid for next four months, bills all topped up so should last 4 months, if not top up in concierge, very cheap. Loads of light and spacious, could easily sleep 6 if someone wanted to use sofa bed in lounge.Easy location- near to loads of shops,market, bars, restaurants, parks..MUST SEE!

Kitch and bathroom are western style by redecorate half years ago. my expect rent cost is RMB5500/month, half year pay and 2 month deposit, but if you are very clean couples, terms and conditions can be discuss.
